Barcelona West Hartford’s Executive Chef Adam Greenberg participated in Emanuel Synagogue’s first Connecticut Latke Throwdown in early December. The latke cooking competition featured celebrity chefs and judges, as well as latke tastings for a crowd of nearly 400 people. Check out more pictures from The Hartford Courant here.
